The migration camera has once again been set up to monitor bird migration on the northern shore of Matsalu Bay in Haeska. The time has come when the migratory geese from the Arctic can be seen in huge numbers feeding in coastal meadows and fields and also flying over without stopping.
This autumn, the sustainable tourism certificates for Soomaa, Lahemaa, and Matsalu National Parks were renewed.

The Estonian State Forest Management Centre informs that the Rannajõe observation tower in Lääne-Nigula municipality is closed to visitors!
On Saturday, May 10th, a total of 137 bird enthusiasts gathered at observation towers for the Birdwatching Day organized by the Estonian Ornithological Society. Together, they observed 178 different bird species.
